I pulled this quote from my journal from a few years back. I had no idea of where to start. I was simply staring at my financial projections thinking “How on earth can I hit these targets?!” I had no idea of what to do on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to keep on top of my sales figures and hold myself and my team accountable.
I decided things had to change. I had to understand how to sell successfully so that I could lead by example. I invested vast amounts of time and money in my self development and put it into practice. As a result, I turned over six figures and have been in profit ever since.
